Fire Risk Assessment

  • Mains smoke detectors in kitchen, all bedrooms and living areas

  • Emergency lighting on stairs of top flat, hallways and bedrooms. 

  • Fire blankets in kitchens and a Fire extinguisher in lobby areas, spare torch and night lights available

  • No smoking or e-cigarettes in the property

  • No candles allowed in the property

  • No gas, the heating and cookers are electric

  • Heaters are fitted to walls where possible or are low energy/low heat

  • Furniture is fire retardant

  • Doorways and exits are kept clear

  • Refuse kept in outside storage area and cleared weekly

  • Visually inspected

  • Smoke detectors tested on a weekly basis.

  • Emergency lighting tested on a weekly basis
